My style & philosophy
I’m not here to create a version of you that doesn't exist. My goal is to create images that feel like you: authentic, refined, and deeply personal.
Inspired by the philosophy of portrait photographer Platon, I strive to find a visual language that is pure and essential. "If it’s necessary, it’s in there. If it’s not necessary, it’s not there. So, strip it down, simplify it. Just go for the core." This approach has guided me to create powerful, minimalistic images that focus on the essence of my subjects.
My work blends documentary storytelling with a classic, editorial eye to create bold images that feel honest in the moment and magazine-worthy on the page. Whether we're creating a portrait session or documenting your wedding day, I want your images to feel effortless, intentional, and unmistakably yours.

Based in Durham, NC, I’m a photographer drawn to honest moments, bold portraits, and timeless imagery. From weddings and portraits to special events, I keep things intentional and uncomplicated, so the photographs feel like you, not a pose.
I photograph individuals, couples, and events who appreciate imagery that feels polished and sophisticated, but never overdone. From portraits and those “just because” sessions to weddings and meaningful celebrations, I’m here to capture it all, with a bold, minimalistic approach and a whole lot of intention.
