Palmer & Co. Photography (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides photography products and digital services. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Product Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and imagery. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Squarespace and/or Square Payments. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law. Payment must be received in full before any products or digital images are delivered.

Shipping & Delivery

Prints and physical products are fulfilled through professional print labs integrated with our store. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Palmer & Co. Photography is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or delivery issues beyond our control.

Digital Downloads

Digital images are delivered via Pic-Time online gallery once payment is confirmed. You will receive a secure download link via email.

Please download and back up your files within 60 days. Expired galleries or download links may require repurchase or a reactivation fee.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Copyright

All images remain the property of Palmer & Co. Photography and are protected under U.S. copyright law. Purchase of prints or digital files grants personal use rights only. Reproduction, alteration, or resale is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Palmer & Co. Photography is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Terms of Sale

Orders

All products are made to order. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to availability, pricing errors, or unforeseen issues.

Pricing & Tax

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, Palmer & Co. Photography is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Digital Image License

License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for personal use only.

You May:

• Print images for personal use or gifts

• Share images on personal social media with proper credit

You May Not:

• Sell, license, or use images commercially

• Edit or alter images in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work

• Submit images to publications, contests, or advertisements without written consent

Revocation of License
